I am Lilli Shuhan Chen PhD, FHEA, a communicator, researcher,  consultant, and personal mind trainer. 

After successfully completing my PhD in 2018, I embarked on an exciting journey working at various universities in the UK. Throughout my career, I've delved into a diverse range of research areas, tackling pressing issues like agricultural plastic waste in the UK, examining racial discrimination within the NHS, and exploring the fascinating world of social media and digital culture in China. Interdisciplinary research is my true passion, and I bring both skills and enthusiasm to the table.

In 2018, I established my personal consulting service, aiming to create a warm and supportive environment for my clients. My expertise lies in education consulting, academic guidance, and digital marketing services.
